EXTRAS WANTED - CILLA THE MUSICAL, Kings Theatre Glasgow

We are looking for 10-12 extras aged 18 – 30 to take part in the show as actors/dancers in the Cavern Club scenes.

Performances will take place Tuesday 30th January- Saturday 3rd February (5 evening performances, 3 matinees) at The King's Theatre Glasgow participants will be required for all performances. country dresses for a wedding in western style

Rehearsals will take place at 4pm on the first day of performance at the theatre.

Small fee available to cover travel expenses.

CASTING BRIEF:

10-12 adults, aged 18-30 to look like young “Cavern Club” goers. Ideally 8 Females and 4 Boys

-Should be no younger than 18, look no older than 30 and be of average/ slim build.
-No visible tattoos.
-No shaved or very short hair. Hair should be natural colour.

COSTUME

WOMEN will need to bring their own of the following:

- SHOES: these will not be provided. Please bring mid-low heels, ideally block heels but low stilettos are fine. Darker colours would be preferred, flat pumps are also fine.

- DRESSES/SKIRTS/BLOUSES- muted colours in 60's style, mid length skirt/dress below the knee preferred rather than mini.

- COAT/JACKET/MAC Neutral in colour

- TIGHTS- nude in colour

MEN will need to bring their own of the following:

-SHOES: these will not be provided. Please bring smart (brown/
black) shoes- Brogues or Oxfords (nothing too modern) No trainers.

-TROUSERS: One or two pairs of dark coloured suit trousers.

- SHIRTS: A few options of shirts- white and another colour.

-ADDITIONAL: If you have any skinny ties/waistcoats feel free to
bring them along.
